Because our coats are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each product is custom-built to your needs and thoroughly inspected before shipping.

We work closely with you to ensure proper sizing, specifications, and performance standards before production begins.

Your coat comes with a 5 year limited warranty that covers:

- The Ballistic soft plates, and the up-armoring of the coat.
- Our gear is made to last a life-time, But we offer a 5 year peace if mind.

This warranty is automatically activated once your coat is delivered and includes detailed care instructions with your shipment.
